Tele Pizza in Potsdam

We were always very satisfied until we arrived on January 12th. At 17:15 to 18:15, when there was still nothing there at 18:45, we called and only got a brief answer that the driver would be there any moment ... when at 19:05 there was still no one there We tried in vain to reach someone again, but this was not possible either on the phone or via the support with a callback request. After an hour of waiting, the meanwhile lukewarm pizzas came without a word of apology and the driver was visibly angry that there was no tip. There was also no reaction to the subsequent attempts to contact us via feedback via the app .... absolutely disappointing !!!

Unfortunately, we can only award one star, because we were missing a pizza and one instead of 4 angular was unfortunately round (4 angular was calculated and is more expensive than the round variant). When trying to find a phone number on the invoice, we were unfortunately not successful, so we searched for a number from the network ... successful, but not exactly pleasant. The employee was annoyed and brought the lockdown as an argument, with the words "we would like to close and not accept any more orders" aha ^^ yes we know there is a lot to do and we were set for the hour of waiting and we understand that. Sometimes things can go wrong, but if you let them know and the handling is unfriendly, it doesn't exactly make you want to repeat, even if the food was tasty. We wait almost an hour for the missing pizza and the "compensation drink" to be delivered, the driver brought the pizza and chips as compensation ... (which we unfortunately cannot "use") and no drink, as agreed on the phone. Too bad.

Almost an hour after the order was placed, one was called annoyed and informed that parts of the order were not available. If you don't have a replacement product in stock right away, you will be told that this is the case in lockdown. On a Monday you should have everything in stock in the appropriate amount and we have had Corona for 8-9 months.

Ordered there very often and have always been satisfied. In Potsdam there are no suppliers who are so reliable and friendly. The food is good and the suppliers are always friendly. Keep it up 🤙

We ordered on a Tuesday evening at 9:15 p.m. and even received 2 confirmations by email that our order had been received in the store and was being processed. Still no pizza with us at 10.30pm ... the store had closed since 10pm. Our order never arrived. It just doesn't work. Never again!

Very good price and very fast delivery and the pizzas and salads always taste very tasty. Customer service very friendly. Driver also very friendly

Ordered something there for the first time and never again. The pizza was totally dry and hardly tasted like what should be on it. Thank goodness I had the Aioli Dip, so I could at least conjure up some flavor. I know much better delivery services.

Pizza delivery boy lies about the wrong type of ice cream, then allegedly wants to exchange it and simply won't come back. Just cheeky and bad and finally paid 6.95 in advance via PayPal for free for the ice cream. And now I can also run after my money. Thank you very much! Keep it up!

Ordered online and delicious

I have often ordered pizza but this time I did not want to eat it anymore: ((either the hot sauce or the mushrooms was strangely sour ... I was disgusted with the taste ...... I forwarded it straight away with a photo of the invoice to Support@telepizza.de and the pizza should be something I hope not.

The delivery times are excellent. On average, you only wait 30 minutes here, even on weekends. The food tastes good, but the pizza rolls could possibly come out of the oven a little earlier. Unfortunately, you don't always get what you order. Sometimes the basil is missing on the pizza, or instead of vanilla cream there is Nutella in the pancake. I understand that this can be over with offers, but you could still let me know and ask.

Ordered pasta with spinach, feta and chicken strips in cream sauce. The pasta was overcooked and the meat was completely missing.

I think 6 stars are better. I like to get something to eat and can only say delicious and cool team

Best pizza shop in the area, tastes totally delicious, everything is freshly prepared.

From your delivery time, other suppliers can cut a slice. Saturday evening and 20 minutes delivery time ... only at Tele Pizza. The food tastes excellent and is always warm. The price is more than justified for such large portions. Also great, I think that the salad in cardboard boxes and not as usual in plastic boxes is served. For me, there is no other pizza service more.

Very fast delivery and the food was really delicious so I am now making the effort to leave you a good rating !!!!!! Can I only recommend further and look forward to the next time and hope that everything runs like the first time :)

Unfortunately not good this time. Pizza did not like our taste. My sister and I had tried the pizza once when the store had just opened. She was much better. The service was also much friendlier. Has really diminished very much. An employee even sat down on the floor in front of us and played with her phone. Something does not work. Did not she even itch the customer was in the store. She just kept playing with her cellphone. Overall, a flop. And then even so expensive prices. For me it was the last time.

I'll cut it short. Everything done right. Delivery much faster than expected. Food delicious. Price in order. Customer happy. Keep it up. Until the next order. Many Thanks.

Worst pizza delivery guy ever ....! Pizza was greasy, the dough inedible. Looked like firtete, dry and cheese dry, branded. Price-performance is not in proportion. Overpriced with tip 46 €. You used to get ice cream or a bottle of cola for free for the amount you ordered. That wasn't possible either. The salad was the only thing that was fresh and tasted. Except with chicken, which was just cheap form meat and was burnt. Hello Pizza used to be in the store, which was 1000 times better. Not to be recommended and never again. Mostly pizza just thrown away.
